Welcome to Terra Restaurant and Bar LLC ("Terra," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and catering services. By placing an order with Terra, you agree to the following terms.
Ordering

Orders may be placed online, by phone, or by email and are subject to review and acceptance by Terra. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any order due to availability, scheduling, pricing errors, or operational limitations.
Payment

Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your requested event date and production time. Every order is personally reviewed before preparation begins. If clarification or adjustments are needed, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, Terra reserves the right to correct pricing or product description errors before fulfilling an order.

Minimum Orders

Terra specializes in catering orders of $150 or more. Orders below this amount may be accepted at Terra's discretion based on availability, production schedule, and delivery logistics.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, adjustments cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun.

Menu items and ingredients are subject to seasonal availability. If substitutions become necessary, Terra will contact you whenever possible before finalizing your order
Food Safety
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
Gratuities
Gratuities are optional and never required. Any gratuities voluntarily provided are distributed according to Terra's internal gratuity practices.

Orders canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup receive a full refund. Orders canceled within 72 hours may be subject to partial charges if ingredients have been purchased or production has begun.
We are happy to accommodate many dietary preferences whenever possible. While we take precautions during preparation, all food is prepared in facilities where common allergens may be present. We cannot guarantee any menu item is completely allergen-free.
Our food is prepared fresh for each event. For the best quality, food should be served promptly or handled according to the storage and reheating instructions provided. Terra is not responsible for food quality after delivery if products are improperly stored or handled.
All website content, including photographs, logos, menus, graphics, and written materials, is the property of Terra Restaurant and Bar LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Users agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terra Restaurant and Bar LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
Terra shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or other emergencies.
